Oblivion : Pixomondo : Lead Lighting TD

  • January 28, 2013

Client : Pixomondo

Role : Lighting TD

Software : – 3ds Max, VRay, Nuke

Notes :
– Lighting and atmospherics on a number of the sky-tower shots.
– Lighting on some of the storm sequence aircraft.

One of the last features I worked on where I was able to have fun on a wide range of the pipeline… from modelling to animation to my main role as lighter. Primary roles involved taking assets from other facilities and optimising them for rendering, achieving some massive time savings to the studio (24hr per frame down to 1/2 hr).

It was a pleasure to work with ,what was a great bunch of artists. Such a shame the party ended early!
